What to do if I never received the email to setup my password for my account?
- Check your spam for the email from "no-reply@triveratech.training" titled "Your Account is Ready – Set Your Password to Access Your Course!". Click the link to setup your password.
- If you do not see the email in your spam, please email support@triveratech.com and let them know you can't find the email.
My account was created with my company email. Can I still take the course from a personal computer?
Yes! We recommend taking the class from non-restricted network and computer for the best access. Simply visit www.triveratech.training from your personal device and login to your account.
When working through the Welcome/Setup Checklist, I couldn't install programs needed for the class because of security policies. What can I do?
You'll need to get in touch with your I.T. department as soon as possible to get the process started on allowing access to the needed sites or programs for installation. During this time, please let support@triveratech.com know that you've started the process. They can help with any details.
When I login to the site, I'm taken directly to an old course I took before. What can I do?
Please email support@triveratech.com with your details and they can fix your account for you. You can still access the new course by clicking on "My Portal" in the top toolbar, under "Me". Once in "My Portal", you will see the full list of courses you're registered for.
